Most of our customers do not need to pay VAT on our products, however, we do need to make sure that you are eligible. When you buy one of our products on our website you will be asked to enter the name of the eligible person, their condition and tick a box which is a statement by yourself that you are in fact eleible for VAT relief.

If buying from us for the first time on our website you do not need to fill out the form below, simply enter your information when you check out.

If you have purchased a product from us on the telephone, via Ebay or Amazon then you need to fill out the form below so that we can deduct or refund VAT.
